Very satisfied

We are very pleased with this air conditioner. It is being used in a basement apartment, with a very small sliding window. It fits perfectly. So far it has been able to cool 21x11 room in temps of 91 degrees outside and also take the heat out of the other adjoining rooms, so it’s comfortable.

Product and service top notch

The AC I purchased works well, keeps my space nice and cool, and is actually quiet as advertised (for the first time I could actually do my work meetings without turning off the AC... since working from home involves interacting and communicating with clients and coworkers online). All pieces included, ie. exhaust hose, insect guard, etc. seem to be made of high quality materials, way better than my last AC. It's also not an eyesore like some other units out there. The customer service was phenomenal. All of my questions and emails were addressed promptly (sometimes within just a few hours), both before I purchased and was researching the best product to fit my needs as well as after ordering when I had questions about the product, setup, etc. The shipping was extremely fast, I received my AC just 3 days after ordering (in CA). I am amazed and extremely pleased to have found such a great product and service at such an affordable price, not to mention an extended warranty. Highly recommended!

Does the job, relatively slim, and visually appealing

I highly recommend this unit. We had 2 other bulky units and needed a 3rd for our bedroom. This unit stood out because it looked clean/modern and slim, which if you’re like me and you’re concerned with the aesthetics of the unit then this one checks all boxes. It was affordable and works just as good if not better than the other 2 bulkier more expensive units that we’ve purchased in the past (insignia and haier). When all 3 units are stored away and a hot day comes around, this unit is our go-to because of its compact size and how easy it is to roll and move from room to room (both on hardwood carpet).

I am an engineer, And I must say I never do these reviews except… This unit is amazing! Simple to set up packaged so well No damage! Simple to unpack and no permanent sticky tape to have to remove! We make Communication Shelters for the Department of Defense and I used10 units in those buildings and they worked beautifully. You will not be disappointed!

2.What kind of outlet does it use?

Please always plug into a fixed 115V AC ground outlet.

3.What kinds of window does the unit work with?

The sliding window or hung window can perfectly match the window kit included. Other types like casement window or awing window will require improvision.

4. What's the dimensions for the window panel kit?
The window panel kit of TOSOT portable air conditioner could be adjusted from 9.1 to 62 inches and you could cut the length of the window panel to make the width is the same width as your window.
