Very Pleased 1st experience
This was my first time installing a heat pump. I was looking for a temporary cooling while I repaired my 5 ton Central unit and installed this in my master bedroom. I had to be careful with the Flair Lines sealing, but once i used the Nylog Gasket/Thread Sealant on the joints, I had no leak problem. Ultimately the Central unit is going to have to be fully replaced. I have purchased another Mini split 18000 BTU for our living room / dining / kitchen. If it can keep up during the REALLY cold Oklahoma winter, i will put in the TOSOT 3 ton central with the Inverter Compressor. So far, the Outdoor temperature here has gotten down to 13 degrees Fahrenheit. This 120 volt 12000 BTU mini split is able to blow air at a temperature of 104 F. The power meter was 987 watts. I am impressed so far!!
Best experience so far
The systems were installed three weeks ago and all is OK. Better than OK. Bought three units of 12,000 and 9000 and another 9000. Installed the 12000 one in the open aired kitchen living room, another one in the family room that’s open to the hallway and in the bedroom another in the back in the bedroom facing the hall in the bathrooms. Had to install three new breakers. All 110 units. The reason for 110 units is because in case, the electricity goes out, I can hook one up to the portable generator. And have enough power to power the fridge/ freezer. Then when we go to bed, we can switch to the bedroom AC or heater to the generator. There were three 110 outlets installed near the units outside then not using an additional turn off switch. If we need we have three outlets, wanted each end of the house and one in the middle if needed. Before I bought these units I called TOSOT several times and that didn’t seem to bother them. Also, talk to the tech department a couple times, and each person was kind Read up on their business history and there was 1,000,000,000 1/4 that is put into their research and development I think in the last year. Yes, I do like everything so far and so glad that I went with TOSOT. I DON’T SEE THEM ADVERTISED A LOT WHICH SURPRISE ME BECAUSE PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THEM. JG I’ve Las Vegas You know how hot the Southwest gets, HOTTER THAN MOST PLACES. HAVE NOT USE THE HEATER FUNCTIONS YET. HOPE THEY WORK. DO NOT WANT TO TURN THEM ON YET CAUSE I’M ENJOYING THE COLD AIR SO MUCH. WE HAD DUCTS GOING THROUGH OUR WHOLE HOUSE, BUT WHO WANTS TO HEAT THE DUCTS UP JUST TO GET PART OF THE AIR INTO THE HOUSE AND ALSO HAVE THE DUCKS CLEANED FREQUENTLY BECAUSE OF THE DESERT THAT’S THE REASON FOR THE MINI SPLITS.
So far, so so good!
So far, we really like them. I actually bought 2. One from you directly and one off Amazon. There are a couple of areas that could use some clarification. The manual for the remote control along with minor details around what can be done and how(temperature adjustments etc…) could be more detailed. The air conditioner works phenomenal and the heater works good on both units. If you need help in the Southern parts of the US, I’d be willing to let you build a shop on my property and install units with videos on how to as well as update manuals to match. Along with ensuring verbiage in English is correct and clear. You’re welcome to go back through previous emails/communications I’ve had with your staff where I pointed out several areas for improvement as well lost opportunities for your company.

More Efficient, Stable Cooling
What and Why Inverter?
Advanced inverter technology will adjust the running speed of the compressor to achieve the set temperature without wasteful cycling. TOSOT inverter technology has less power loss, lower noise, and saves more energy. The unit also won’t wake you up at night by constantly turning the compressor on and off.
Reduces Energy Use by 50% to Save Money
AHRI Certified
The higher the SEER2, the better the energy performance. Rated at 20 SEER2, the Muse series split AC is estimated to lower energy costs up to 50% per year, compared to standard 10 SEER units. This model is perfect for anyone looking for an all-season AC/heater combo for their home or business.
