Who Is Eligible
This policy applies only to orders placed on www. tosotdirect.com. If the price of the same product drops on our website within 7 calendar days of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment, and we will refund you the difference.
Terms and Conditions
- The request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- The product must be the exact same model, including SKU, size, voltage, and configuration.
- The lower price must appear on www. tosotdirect.com. only. Prices from third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible.
- The product must be in stock at the time the price match is requested.
- Each order is eligible for one-time price adjustment only. For example: If you purchase a unit for $2,000 and the price drops to $1,800, we will refund you the $200 difference. However, if the price drops again to $1,700 later, no additional refund will be provided for that same order.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price adjustment, please email support@tosotdirect.com with:
- Your order number
- A link or screenshot showing the lower price for the same product on www. tosotdirect.com
Once approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Additional Notes
This policy does not apply to:
- Flash sales or clearance events
- Prices shown outside of www.tosotdirect.com
- Future promotional campaigns that include bundled gifts or additional discounts
TOSOT Direct reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
